You may have a “change password” link emailed to you by filling in your username or email address. As your financial information is very strongly encrypted using a key based partially on your password, you will need to re-enter much of it after changing your password. We do not store your password on our servers and even we cannot decrypt your financial information without it. This is, of course, done for your own safety in case our servers are ever compromised.
